Governance & Data Foundations
- Is there board or executive accountability for DEI strategy and outcomes? *
- Are data privacy and consent requirements addressed for collecting demographic data? *
- Are self-identification categories defined consistently across geographies? *
Workforce Composition
- Is workforce diversity reported by gender across employee categories? *
- Is diversity of governance bodies (board and senior management) disclosed? *
- Is representation tracked across relevant categories (age, ethnicity, disability) where lawful? *
- Are hiring, promotion, and turnover rates disaggregated by demographic group? *
Pay Equity
- Has an adjusted (like-for-like) gender and ethnicity pay gap analysis been conducted? *
- Is the unadjusted (raw) pay gap calculated and disclosed? *
- Are remediation actions in place to close identified pay gaps? *
- Enter the reported unadjusted gender pay gap percentage.
Inclusion & Outcomes
- Are inclusion outcomes measured through engagement or belonging survey metrics? *
- Are grievance and discrimination incidents tracked and remediated? *
- Are quantified DEI targets set and progress reported publicly? *
