Radon Mitigation Indicators
- Existing radon mitigation system present (sub-slab depressurization, fan, vent)
- If present, mitigation system fan/manometer indicates active operation
Moisture and Mold
- No visible mold-like growth or musty odors in basement, crawlspace, or living areas *
- No evidence of chronic water intrusion or elevated moisture *
- Photo of any suspect moisture or growth
Legacy Materials (Pre-1978 Considerations)
- Home constructed before 1978 (potential for lead-based paint) *
- Suspect asbestos-containing materials noted (pipe insulation, floor tile, popcorn ceiling)
- Recommendations for further environmental testing documented
