Nail type and size used to attach the roof deck *
Nail spacing at the deck (inches on edge / field) *
Roof deck attachment level qualifies for A, B, C, or D credit *
Photo of the deck and fastener from the attic

Roof-to-Wall Connection

Roof-to-wall connection type *
Minimum number of connectors observed wraps the wall top plate as documented *

Roof Geometry and Secondary Water Resistance

Predominant roof shape *
Non-hip features total less than 10% of the total roof perimeter (if hip claimed)
Secondary water resistance (self-adhering underlayment / SWR) is present *

Opening Protection

All glazed openings are protected to the applicable impact rating *
Non-glazed openings (doors, garage) are also rated for impact where credit is claimed *
Opening protection level (A, B, C, N/X) documented for the credit *
Photo of shutter/impact-rated label or product approval
