General Housekeeping
- Are work areas, floors, and aisles clean and free of debris? *
- Is waste and combustible scrap removed regularly? *

Emergency Equipment
- Are fire extinguishers accessible, charged, and inspected this month? *
- Are exit signs illuminated and exit paths unobstructed? *

Electrical & Equipment
- Are electrical panels accessible with 36 inches clearance and no missing covers? *

Storage & Materials
- Is material stored to prevent tipping, with heavier items low? *
- Is 18 inches clearance maintained below sprinkler heads? *
- Are chemicals stored per SDS with secondary containment where needed? *
