- Are hygiene facilities and instructions provided to all workers handling produce? *
Harvest, Handling & Traceability
- Is a hygiene risk assessment for harvest and post-harvest handling documented and implemented? *
- Can product be traced back to the registered farm and forward to the immediate customer? *
- Is registered product identifiable and segregated from non-certified product? *
