Workforce Composition

Is diversity of governance bodies (board and senior management) disclosed? *
Is representation tracked across relevant categories (age, ethnicity, disability) where lawful? *
Are hiring, promotion, and turnover rates disaggregated by demographic group? *

Pay Equity

Has an adjusted (like-for-like) gender and ethnicity pay gap analysis been conducted? *
Is the unadjusted (raw) pay gap calculated and disclosed? *
Are remediation actions in place to close identified pay gaps? *

Inclusion & Outcomes

Are inclusion outcomes measured through engagement or belonging survey metrics? *
