Moisture Sources
- Elevated moisture confirmed with a meter in suspect areas *
- Active water intrusion source identified (roof, plumbing, foundation, envelope) *
- No signs of chronic condensation on windows, ducts, or cold surfaces *
- Highest moisture reading recorded (% or scale)
HVAC and Ventilation
- No visible mold growth on HVAC components, coils, or supply registers *
- Bathrooms and kitchen are mechanically vented to the exterior *
- Crawlspace/basement humidity is controlled and not contributing moisture *
Sampling and Recommendations
- Air or surface samples were collected
- Containment or remediation is recommended *
- Summary of findings and recommended remediation scope
