Materials & Testing
- Do delivered materials have required certifications / mill certs / approved-source documentation? *
- Were required acceptance tests performed (concrete slump/air, density/compaction, gradation)?
- Did all field/lab test results meet specification tolerances? *
- Number of test samples taken today
Quantities
- Are installed pay quantities measured and recorded for progress payment? *
- Are quantities supported by field measurements / tickets?
- Are force-account / extra work items documented separately with justification?
Safety & Traffic Control
- Is the approved temporary traffic control plan in place and maintained? *
- Were any safety incidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions observed? *
