  • Is the HVAC system providing adequate outdoor air ventilation for occupancy? *
  • Are air filters inspected and changed on a documented schedule? *
  • Are supply and return vents unobstructed by furniture or storage? *

Contaminant Sources

  • Are pollutant sources (printers, chemicals, idling vehicles) isolated or exhausted? *

Moisture & Mold Control

  • Is the building free of visible water damage, leaks, and mold growth? *
  • Is relative humidity maintained roughly between 30% and 60%? *
