Fall Protection (Subpart M)
- Is fall protection provided at 6 feet or more (guardrails, PFAS, nets)? *
- Are floor/wall openings and leading edges protected? *
- Are harnesses and anchor points inspected before use? *
PPE & Housekeeping
- Are hard hats, eye protection, and hi-vis worn as required? *
- Are walkways clear of debris and trip hazards? *
- Is material stored and stacked safely? *
Electrical (Subpart K)
- Is GFCI protection provided for temporary power? *
- Are cords and tools free of damage and properly grounded? *
Excavation & Access
- Are excavations over 5 ft protected (sloping, shoring, shielding)?
- Are ladders and scaffolds inspected and compliant? *
