Water Supply

  • Functional water flow confirmed at fixtures with no significant pressure loss under simultaneous use *
  • Visible supply piping material identified with no active leaks or corrosion *

Drain, Waste, and Vent

  • Fixtures drain properly with no slow drainage or backup *
  • Visible drain/waste piping shows no active leaks or improper materials *
  • Traps are present under fixtures and no cross-connections observed *
  • Sewage ejector/sump pump, where present, operates

Fixtures

  • Sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets operate and are secure with no leaks *
  • Faucets, shutoffs, and supply connectors show no leakage *
  • Photo of any leak, corrosion, or fixture defect

Water Heater

  • Water heater type, fuel, capacity, and approximate age recorded *
  • Temperature and pressure relief (TPR) valve and proper discharge pipe are present *
  • No active leaks, corrosion, or improper installation observed *
  • Combustion air and venting adequate for fuel-fired units with no back-drafting
