Water Supply
- Water source identified (public/well) and main shutoff located *
- Functional water flow confirmed at fixtures with no significant pressure loss under simultaneous use *
- Visible supply piping material identified with no active leaks or corrosion *
Drain, Waste, and Vent
- Fixtures drain properly with no slow drainage or backup *
- Visible drain/waste piping shows no active leaks or improper materials *
- Traps are present under fixtures and no cross-connections observed *
- Sewage ejector/sump pump, where present, operates
Fixtures
- Sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets operate and are secure with no leaks *
- Faucets, shutoffs, and supply connectors show no leakage *
- Photo of any leak, corrosion, or fixture defect
Water Heater
- Water heater type, fuel, capacity, and approximate age recorded *
- Temperature and pressure relief (TPR) valve and proper discharge pipe are present *
- No active leaks, corrosion, or improper installation observed *
- Combustion air and venting adequate for fuel-fired units with no back-drafting
