AI usage
AI work is measured in tokens, the units AI models read and write. AI usage is priced per token, by usage and by performance, on top of your plan.

Questions
- What is a Hub?
- A Hub is your organization's workspace in a Command Center: its records, workflows, users and reports. Most companies need one Hub per Command Center.
- What is a site?
- A site is a facility, plant, store or other location whose inspections run on SimplChek and feed your Hub. Each connected site is $35 a month.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who signs in to your Hub. Workflows includes 5 users; Workflows + Sovereign AI includes unlimited users.
- Where does the AI run?
- On Workflows, the AI assistant runs on a hosted model. With Sovereign AI, the Compliance Steward can run on a private model in your environment, and every AI output is logged with the model that produced it.
- What currency are prices in?
- US dollars. Hub fees are billed yearly; site fees and additional AI usage are billed monthly.
