- Ventilation fan or window operates and no mold-like growth present *
- Caulking, grout, and fixtures are in acceptable condition *
Safety and Handover
- Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are present and functional *
- Number of keys, fobs, and remotes issued/returned recorded *
- Utility meter readings recorded where applicable
- Tenant signature acknowledging condition *
- Landlord/agent signature *
