HVAC and Ventilation

  • No visible mold growth on HVAC components, coils, or supply registers *
  • Bathrooms and kitchen are mechanically vented to the exterior *
  • Crawlspace/basement humidity is controlled and not contributing moisture *

Sampling and Recommendations

  • Air or surface samples were collected
  • Containment or remediation is recommended *
  • Summary of findings and recommended remediation scope
