Clinical Infrastructure and Medical Gas
- Are medical gas outlets (oxygen, vacuum, air) present and labeled per NFPA 99 where clinical use requires?
- Is the medical gas source equipment and alarm panel operational and current on inspection?
- Are sterilization or processing rooms provided with appropriate utilities and finishes?

HVAC and Air Quality
- Is HVAC capacity and zoning adequate for exam, procedure, and waiting areas? *

- Is UPS or battery backup provided for imaging or IT-dependent equipment?
Interior Finishes and Clinical Rooms
- Are floor, wall, and ceiling finishes in clinical areas cleanable and in serviceable condition? *
- Are casework, sinks, and hand-hygiene stations intact and adequately provided? *
- Are radiology or imaging suites provided with lead shielding documentation where present?
- Are plumbing fixtures and floor drains functioning in wet clinical areas? *
Accessibility and Life Safety
- Do entrances, corridors, exam rooms, and restrooms meet ADA/accessibility requirements? *
- Are exit access, smoke compartments, and fire-rated separations intact? *
- Are fire alarm, sprinkler, and area-of-refuge provisions functional? *
