  • No polybutylene or galvanized supply piping present *

  • No active leaks, corrosion, or prior repairs indicating chronic failure *

HVAC System

  • System was operational and produced conditioned air at time of inspection *
  • No signs of leaks, rust, or safety hazards at the equipment *
