Ventilation, Insulation, and Utilities
- Foundation vents or mechanical conditioning match the design strategy *
- Insulation is in place, dry, and properly supported (if applicable)
- Ducts, plumbing, and wiring are supported and undamaged *
- No unsealed dryer or combustion exhaust discharging into the space
Pests and Findings
- No evidence of rodents, insects, or wood-destroying organisms *
- No debris, cellulose, or scrap wood left in contact with soil
- Photo of the crawl space conditions
