Roof System Identification

Field Membrane Condition
- Is the membrane free of splits, blisters, ridging, or open seams? *
- Is surfacing, coating, or ballast intact and evenly distributed? *
- Is there evidence of ponding water beyond 48 hours after rainfall? *
- Are punctures or foot-traffic damage limited and repairable? *
Flashings, Penetrations and Edges
- Are base and perimeter flashings well adhered and free of separation? *
- Are pipe boots, curbs, and penetration seals watertight? *
- Are metal edge, coping, and counterflashing secure and sealed? *

Drainage and Rooftop Equipment
