Structural Defect Coding
- Are cracks, fractures, and breaks (C/F/B) coded with clock positions? *
- Is deformation, collapse, or holes (D/X/H) documented where present? *
- Are joint defects (offset, separated, angular) coded?
- Is surface damage/corrosion (SAV, SRP) documented?
- Pipe segment structural grade (1-5)
O&M & Infiltration Defects
- Are deposits, roots, and encrustation (DA/R/E) coded? *
- Is infiltration/inflow (I/GI) documented at joints and defects? *
- Are service connections (tap type/condition) coded?
- Pipe segment O&M grade (1-5)
Findings & Deliverables
- Is the recorded video and PACP database exported and archived? *
- Are immediate/severe (Grade 5) defects flagged for action? *
