Pumps & Wet Well
- Are all pumps operational and cycling normally with no unusual noise/vibration? *
- Are pump run-time and cycle counts balanced (alternation working)?
- Is the wet well free of excessive grease, debris, or grit accumulation? *
- Are check valves and isolation valves operating without leakage?
Controls & SCADA
- Do level sensors (float/transducer) accurately control pump start/stop setpoints? *
- Does the SCADA/telemetry system report status and transmit alarms to the operations center? *
- Were alarm functions tested (high wet-well, pump failure, power loss)? *
- Is the control panel/PLC free of faults and within firmware standards?
Power & Safety
- Is standby/backup power (generator or ATS) tested and functional? *
- Is confined-space entry signage and ventilation adequate per NFPA 820? *
- Is gas/hazardous atmosphere monitoring in place where required?
- Are electrical enclosures, grounding, and GFCI protection intact?
