Structural & Special Inspections

  • Are penetrations firestopped and fire/smoke dampers installed where required? *
  • Are fire sprinkler and alarm systems installed and tested per NFPA 13 / NFPA 72?

Accessibility

  • Do accessible routes, entrances, and toilet facilities comply with IBC Chapter 11 / ICC A117.1? *
