General & Site
- Tank type *
- Is the tank foundation and site free of settlement, erosion, or grading issues? *
- Is security fencing, hatch locks, and site access adequate?
- Was the inspection performed with or without draining (in-service dive vs. dry)?
- Date of inspection *
Exterior Structure & Coating
- Is the exterior coating free of significant failure, blistering, or corrosion? *
- Are shell, riser, and support columns/legs free of section loss or distortion? *
- Are welds and bolted connections free of cracking or loosening? *
- Is dry-film coating thickness measured at representative locations?
Interior (Wet & Dry) Condition
- Is the interior wetted-surface coating intact and holding without pinpoint rusting? *
- Is sediment accumulation on the floor within acceptable limits?
- Is the interior dry (vapor space) area free of corrosion and coating failure?
- Is cathodic protection, if present, functioning?
Sanitary Defects
- Is the roof hatch gasketed, overlapping, and lockable to prevent contamination? *
- Is the overflow screened, flap-valved, and properly terminated (air gap)? *
- Is the vent screened and free of blockage? *
- Are there any openings permitting entry of birds, insects, or surface water? *
Safety Appurtenances & Findings
- Are ladders, cages, safety climb devices, and railings compliant and secure? *
- Are obstruction lighting and antenna attachments, if present, in acceptable condition?
- Photograph representative interior and exterior conditions
