Foundation & Anchor Bolts
- Are anchor bolts free of cracking, corrosion, or missing/loose nuts? *
- Are double-nut leveling connections properly gapped and torqued? *
- Is the foundation free of cracking, settlement, or exposed reinforcement? *
- Is the base plate-to-pole weld free of visible cracks? *
Arm-to-Pole Connection
- Is the mast-arm-to-pole flange/gusset connection free of weld cracking? *
- Are connection bolts tight with no signs of slip, elongation, or missing hardware? *
- Is the arm free of excessive vertical deflection or drooping beyond tolerance?
- Is a handhole cover present and its reinforcement weld crack-free?
