- Is the continuous clear width at least 4 ft (48 in), exclusive of curb? *
- Is the running slope no steeper than the general grade of the adjacent roadway? *
- Is cross slope 2.0% (1:48) maximum? *
- Are surface changes in level 1/4 in or less (or beveled up to 1/2 in)? *

Curb Ramps
- Is the ramp running slope 8.3% (1:12) maximum? *
- Is a level turning space / landing provided (min 4 ft x 4 ft, 2% max slope)? *
- Is the ramp clear width at least 4 ft (48 in)? *
- Are counter/flare slopes 10% (1:10) maximum where a pedestrian can walk across the flare?
Detectable Warnings
- Are truncated dome detectable warning surfaces present at the back of curb / flush transitions? *
- Do detectable warnings extend the full width of the ramp and contrast visually with the surface? *
- Photograph detectable warning installation
Crossings & Signals
- Is the crosswalk cross slope within limits (2% at yield/stop crossings, 5% at signalized/midblock)?
- Where pedestrian signals exist, are Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS) with audible/vibrotactile indication provided?
- Are pushbuttons reachable and mounted per PROWAG height/location requirements?
