- Is the management review conducted at planned intervals? *
- Review date *
- Are top management and required functions present? *
Required Inputs (Cl. 9.3.2)
- Was the status of actions from previous management reviews reviewed? *
- Were changes in external and internal issues relevant to the QMS considered? *
- Was customer satisfaction and feedback from interested parties reviewed? *
- Was the extent to which quality objectives have been met reviewed? *
- Were process performance and product/service conformity reviewed? *
- Were nonconformities and corrective actions reviewed? *
- Were audit results and external provider performance reviewed? *
- Were the adequacy of resources and effectiveness of actions to address risks and opportunities reviewed? *
Required Outputs (Cl. 9.3.3)
- Were decisions and actions on opportunities for continual improvement recorded? *
- Were any needs to change the QMS identified? *
- Were resource needs identified and assigned? *

- Is documented information retained as evidence of the results of the management review? *
