Identification & Register
- Is a maintained register of all applicable customer CSRs (per OEM) available and current? *
- Are the latest CSR revisions retrieved from the customer portals/IATF CSR repository? *
- Is a responsible owner assigned for monitoring CSR updates per customer? *
Evaluation & Deployment
- Has each CSR been evaluated for applicability and mapped to the relevant IATF clause and internal process? *
- Are CSRs incorporated into the QMS (procedures, control plans, PPAP, APQP) rather than held as standalone documents? *
- Are customer-specific symbols, part marking, and labeling requirements implemented? *
Audit & Flow-Down
- Does the internal audit program include coverage of applicable CSRs? *
- Are relevant CSRs flowed down to sub-tier suppliers where applicable? *
- Are auditors trained on the specific CSRs for the customers they audit? *
- List OEM customers and confirm CSR revision level verified for each
