Seating & Posture
- Is the chair adjustable in height so feet rest flat and thighs are roughly parallel to the floor? *
- Does the chair provide lumbar support for the lower back? *
- Are armrests adjusted so shoulders are relaxed and elbows near 90 degrees? *
Monitor & Display
- Is the top of the monitor at or slightly below eye level? *
- Is the monitor about an arm's length (20-40 inches) from the eyes? *
- Is the screen positioned to minimize glare from windows and overhead lighting? *
Keyboard, Mouse & Input
- Are the keyboard and mouse positioned to keep wrists straight and neutral? *
- Are frequently used items within easy reach without stretching? *
- Is a document holder or headset used to avoid awkward neck postures? *
Environment & Habits
- Is task lighting adequate without causing screen glare? *
- Does the employee take regular micro-breaks and vary posture? *
