Fall Protection (Subpart M)

  • Is fall protection provided at 6 feet or more (guardrails, PFAS, nets)? *
  • Are floor/wall openings and leading edges protected? *
  • Are harnesses and anchor points inspected before use? *

PPE & Housekeeping

  • Are hard hats, eye protection, and hi-vis worn as required? *
  • Are walkways clear of debris and trip hazards? *
  • Is material stored and stacked safely? *

Electrical (Subpart K)

  • Is GFCI protection provided for temporary power? *
  • Are cords and tools free of damage and properly grounded? *

Excavation & Access

  • Are excavations over 5 ft protected (sloping, shoring, shielding)?
  • Are ladders and scaffolds inspected and compliant? *
