Relevance & Communication

  • Are the objectives relevant to conformity of products and services and to enhancement of customer satisfaction? *

Documented Information & Metrics

  • Is documented information on the quality objectives maintained? *
  • Are baseline values and targets defined for each objective?
  • Are the objectives deployed to relevant processes and functions consistently? *

Planning to Achieve (Cl. 6.2.2)

  • Has the organization determined what will be done to achieve each objective? *
  • Have the resources required been determined? *
  • Has responsibility been assigned and completion timing (when it will be completed) defined? *
  • Has the method to evaluate the results been determined? *
