  • Are the methodology and criteria for risk assessment documented and defined proactively? *

Determining Controls (Hierarchy of Controls, Cl. 8.1.2)

  • Are controls determined using the hierarchy of controls (eliminate, substitute, engineering, administrative, PPE)? *
  • Is elimination or substitution considered before relying on administrative controls or PPE? *
  • Are risk assessment results and controls retained as documented information? *
