Traceability & Records
- Is full traceability maintained from the original manufacturer to the customer for each item? *
- Is a certificate of conformity and applicable manufacturer documentation retained for each lot? *
- Are records retained for the period defined by customer, regulatory, and standard requirements? *
Receiving & Verification
- Is incoming product verified against purchase order, specification, and documentation requirements? *
- Are shelf-life and age-controlled items identified and managed (cure/expiration dates)? *
- Is received product uniquely identified and its inspection/verification status maintained? *
Split, Repackaging & Preservation
- When lots are split, is traceability to the original lot preserved on all sub-lots? *
- Are repackaging, relabeling, and handling controlled to prevent damage, mixing, or loss of identification? *
- Is product preserved (ESD, corrosion, contamination protection) throughout storage and delivery? *
Counterfeit Prevention & Nonconformity
- Is a counterfeit and suspect part prevention process implemented for procured product? *
- Is nonconforming product identified, segregated, and controlled to prevent unintended delivery? *
- Distributor lot / stock reference reviewed
