Airworthiness Data & Approvals
- Is current, approved maintenance and airworthiness data available and used for all maintenance activities? *
- Are applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins tracked and incorporated? *
- Is the organization's scope of work authorized by the applicable regulatory authority? *
Human Factors & Competence
- Is a human factors program implemented to address error, fatigue, and shift/task handover? *
- Are certifying and authorized staff competent, current, and appropriately authorized for the tasks performed? *
- Are duplicate/independent inspections performed for critical maintenance tasks (e.g., flight control systems)? *
Tooling, Equipment & Environment
- Is tooling and test equipment controlled, calibrated, and traceable to national/international standards? *

Records & Release to Service
