Configuration Identification
- Are configuration items identified, including their attributes and baselines? *

Change Control
- Are changes to configuration items controlled through a formal change process? *
- Are changes evaluated, dispositioned, and approved by authorized personnel before implementation? *

Status Accounting & Audit
- Is configuration status accounting maintained to record and report the status of configuration items and changes? *
