Configuration Identification

  • Are configuration items identified, including their attributes and baselines? *
  • Are product configuration baselines established at defined milestones? *
  • Are as-designed, as-built, and as-delivered configurations distinguishable and recorded? *

Change Control

  • Are changes to configuration items controlled through a formal change process? *
  • Are changes evaluated, dispositioned, and approved by authorized personnel before implementation? *

Status Accounting & Audit

  • Is configuration status accounting maintained to record and report the status of configuration items and changes? *
