  • Is a designated person responsible for maintaining the IHM identified? *

Recycling Readiness (End of Life)

  • Are IHM Parts II (operationally generated wastes) and III (stores) prepared prior to recycling? *
  • Is the intended recycling facility authorized/on the EU list of approved facilities where applicable? *
  • Is a Ship Recycling Plan prepared by the facility using ship-specific IHM information? *
  • Is an International Ready for Recycling Certificate obtained before delivery to the facility? *
