Fuel Containment and Piping
- Are fuel storage tanks, tank connection spaces, and secondary barriers intact with no signs of leakage or damage? *

- Are pressure relief valves on fuel tanks in date and correctly set? *

Bunkering Operation
- Is a ship-specific bunkering procedure and checklist completed before transfer? *
- Is the bunkering safety zone established and controlled with ignition sources eliminated? *
- Are ship-shore communication, ESD linkage, and dry-disconnect couplings verified before start? *
Crew Competence and Documentation
- Do personnel involved hold IGF Code training (basic/advanced) appropriate to their duties? *
- Is the ship's operational manual for the fuel system available and current? *
- Are drills specific to gas-fuel emergencies conducted and recorded? *
