Technical Efficiency (EEXI)
- Has the attained Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI) been calculated and verified against the required value? *
- Is an approved EEXI Technical File held on board? *
- If engine/shaft power limitation (EPL/ShaPoLi) is used, is the Onboard Management Manual available and the override log maintained? *
Operational Carbon Intensity (CII)
- Is the required annual operational CII and the attained CII determined for the ship? *
- Is the ship's CII rating (A to E) known and, if D three years running or E, is a corrective action plan in place? *
- Enter the most recent attained annual CII rating (A/B/C/D/E).

- Does the ship hold an approved SEEMP Part III with an implementation plan to achieve the required CII? *
- Is fuel oil consumption data collected and reported under the IMO Data Collection System (DCS)? *
- Is a valid Statement of Compliance for fuel oil consumption and CII held on board? *
Records and Verification
- Are International Energy Efficiency (IEE) Certificate and supporting documents current and consistent? *
- Are records reconcilable with bunker delivery notes and the Oil Record Book? *
