Storage & Racking

  • Is storage stable, stacked, and secured to prevent sliding or collapse? *
  • Are rack load capacities posted and not exceeded? *
  • Are damaged racks and uprights tagged and repaired? *
  • Is clearance maintained around sprinkler heads (18 inches minimum)? *

Aisles & Traffic

  • Are aisles and passageways clear, marked, and wide enough for equipment? *

Loading Docks

  • Are dock plates rated, secured, and in good condition? *

Emergency & Housekeeping

  • Are exits, fire extinguishers, and eyewash stations accessible and unobstructed? *
