Placement & Accessibility
- Are extinguishers mounted, located, and identified so they are readily accessible? *
- Are extinguishers distributed based on hazard class and travel-distance requirements? *
- Is the path to each extinguisher free of obstructions? *
Monthly Visual Inspection
- Is the extinguisher in its designated place and not physically damaged? *
- Is the pressure gauge needle in the operable (green) range? *

Annual Maintenance & Hydrostatic Test
