Pre-Drill Readiness
- Does the written emergency action plan define evacuation procedures and routes? *
- Are exit routes unobstructed, unlocked in the direction of travel, and clearly marked? *
- Are floor wardens/monitors assigned and briefed on their roles? *
Alarm & Evacuation
- Did the alarm activate and was it audible/visible throughout all occupied areas? *
- Did occupants evacuate promptly via the nearest safe exit route? *
- Were mobility-impaired occupants assisted per the plan? *
- Record the evacuation time from alarm to all-clear: *
Accountability
- Did all personnel report to designated assembly areas? *
- Was a headcount/roster reconciled and any missing person reported to responders? *
- Were visitors and contractors accounted for? *
Evaluation & Follow-up
- Was a post-drill debrief conducted to capture deficiencies? *
- Are corrective actions assigned with owners and due dates? *
- Is the drill documented with date, participants, and results? *
