Supply Chain Model & Scope
- Has the applicable supply chain model (IP, SG, MB, or Book & Claim) been defined for each site? *
- Are all sites taking legal ownership of RSPO-certified product included in the certificate scope? *
- Is there a documented management system with an appointed responsible person? *
Purchasing & Goods-In
- Are certified inputs verified against supplier certificates and RSPO membership? *
- Are incoming certified volumes recorded and reconciled with purchasing documents? *
- Are palmtrace / eTrace transactions confirmed for the relevant model? *
Segregation & Mass Balance Accounting
- For SG/IP, is certified material physically segregated from conventional material? *
- For MB, is a volume-based accounting system maintained so claims do not exceed inputs? *
- Are conversion ratios applied and documented for processed derivatives? *
Sales, Claims & Traceability
- Do sales documents and claims accurately reflect the certified model and volume? *
- Is use of the RSPO trademark and on-pack claims compliant with RSPO rules? *
- Can product be traced back to certified sources through records? *
Records & Training
- Are records retained for the required minimum period (generally 2 years)? *
- Are relevant staff trained on supply chain requirements and claims? *
- Is there a procedure to manage nonconforming product and mistaken certified claims? *
