Management Systems
- Is there a documented RBA Code commitment and management accountability structure? *
- Are legal, risk assessment, and improvement-objective processes in place? *
- Is a supplier responsibility program communicating requirements down the chain? *
Labor
- Is all labor freely chosen with no forced labor or recruitment-fee retention? *
- Are workers 16+ or above local minimum working age, with young-worker controls? *
- Are working hours limited (generally 60 hours/week incl. overtime) with one rest day in seven? *

Health & Safety

Ethics

- Are whistleblower protection and non-retaliation mechanisms available? *
