Scope & Commitment
- Is there a public commitment to paying a living wage across operations and the supply chain? *
- Has the scope of the assessment (own operations, tiers of supply chain, geographies) been defined? *
- Are relevant worker populations, including contract and seasonal workers, included? *
Benchmark & Current Wages
- Have credible living wage benchmarks (e.g., Anker, GLWC, WageIndicator) been selected for each location? *
- Is the distinction between prevailing minimum wage and living wage understood for each geography? *
- Have actual gross wages and in-kind benefits paid to workers been collected? *
- Are wage components (base, bonuses, guaranteed allowances) correctly classified per the methodology? *
Gap Analysis
- Has the living wage gap been calculated for each worker group and location? *
- Is the proportion of workers earning below the living wage quantified? *
- Enter the percentage of assessed workers earning at or above a living wage.
Remediation & Reporting
- Is there a time-bound action plan to close identified living wage gaps? *
- Are responsible purchasing practices addressed to enable supplier wage improvements? *
