Assessment Setup

  • Has the correct company scope, size, and activity/industry been selected for the questionnaire? *
  • Is the 21-criteria framework understood so evidence is mapped to Policies, Actions, and Results? *
  • Are supporting documents dated within the required recency window (generally 12 months)? *

Environment

  • Is there a formal environmental policy addressing energy, GHG, water, and waste? *
  • Are concrete environmental actions and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001) documented? *
  • Are quantitative environmental KPIs and reporting results available? *

Labor & Human Rights

  • Are policies on health & safety, working conditions, and non-discrimination in place? *
  • Are employee training, career management, and H&S measures evidenced with actions? *
  • Are workforce indicators (accident rates, training hours, turnover) reported? *

Ethics

  • Is there an anti-corruption / business ethics policy and code of conduct? *
  • Are ethics measures such as whistleblowing channels and employee training implemented? *
  • Are results on ethics (audits, reported cases handled) documented? *

Sustainable Procurement

  • Is there a supplier code of conduct covering social and environmental expectations? *
  • Are supplier ESG assessments, audits, or capacity-building actions in place? *
  • Is coverage of assessed suppliers and outcomes reported? *

Submission Quality

  • Has each uploaded document been checked to clearly relate to the criterion it supports? *
  • Are 360 Watch findings (external news/NGO reports) reviewed and addressed? *
  • Is prior-year scorecard feedback used to build a corrective action plan for weak criteria? *
