Plan Completeness
- Is the site plan drawn to scale with a north arrow and legend? *
- Are property boundaries, easements, and rights-of-way shown? *
- Is the plan sealed by a licensed engineer or surveyor? *
- Are existing and proposed conditions clearly differentiated? *
Circulation & Access
- Are vehicular access points, drive aisles, and turning radii adequate? *
- Is emergency/fire apparatus access provided? *
- Are pedestrian walkways and accessible routes shown? *
- Are traffic control and signage consistent with the MUTCD?
Grading & Drainage
- Are existing and proposed contours/spot elevations shown? *
- Does the grading plan direct runoff away from structures and adjacent lots? *
- Is a stormwater management/detention facility provided and sized? *
- Are erosion and sediment controls indicated? *
Utilities
- Are water and sanitary sewer connections shown with sizes? *
- Are utility easements and hydrant locations provided? *
- Is a will-serve or utility availability confirmation on file?
Landscaping & Lighting
- Does the landscape plan meet buffer, screening, and tree requirements? *
- Is site lighting shown with a photometric plan and cutoff fixtures?
- Are refuse/dumpster enclosures screened and accessible? *
