SWPPP Documentation
- Is the current SWPPP available on site? *
- Is NPDES/CGP permit coverage (NOI) posted? *
- Are inspection reports maintained at the required frequency? *
- Inspection date
Perimeter & Sediment Controls
- Are perimeter controls (silt fence, wattles, berms) installed and maintained? *
- Is a stabilized construction entrance in place to limit track-out? *
- Are sediment basins/traps functioning where required? *
- Is accumulated sediment removed before controls are overwhelmed? *
Inlet & Discharge Protection
- Are storm drain inlets protected? *
- Are discharge/outfall points inspected for erosion and turbidity? *
- Are receiving waters and off-site tracking free of visible sediment? *
Stabilization
- Is soil stabilization initiated on areas where work has paused? *
- Are slopes and stockpiles protected against erosion? *
- Is stabilization completed within the required timeframe (e.g., 14 days)? *
Pollution Prevention
- Are fuel, chemical, and material storage areas contained and covered? *
- Is concrete washout provided and used? *
- Are spill response materials available on site? *
- Are corrective actions from prior inspections completed? *
