Draw Request Review

- Are unconditional lien waivers on file for the prior payment? *
- Is a title continuation/date-down endorsement obtained showing no new liens? *
- Are subcontractor/supplier payments from the prior draw confirmed? *
Disbursement Authorization
- Are all conditions to funding satisfied per the loan agreement? *
- Is the approved disbursement amount documented? *
- Inspector/loan officer approval signature
