Scoping & Accessible Route
- Is the scope of accessibility (new construction, alteration, or Fair Housing) correctly identified? *
- Is at least one accessible route connecting site arrival points to the accessible entrance? *
- Do running and cross slopes on the accessible route comply (max 1:20 walking, 1:12 ramp)? *
- Are ramp landings, handrails, and edge protection detailed? *
Parking & Entrances
- Is the correct count of accessible and van-accessible parking spaces provided? *
- Are accessible parking spaces, access aisles, and signage dimensioned? *
- Do accessible entrances meet the required percentage and door clearances? *
Toilet & Bathing Facilities
- Are accessible toilet rooms provided with compliant clear floor space and turning space? *
- Are grab bars, water closet height, and lavatory clearances shown? *
- Do accessible bathing facilities meet shower/tub clearance and controls requirements? *
Elements & Communication
- Are operable parts and controls within reach ranges (15"-48")? *
- Are protruding objects within the limits along circulation paths? *
- Is required signage (tactile, braille, ISA) specified at permanent rooms and exits? *
- Are assistive listening and visual alarm requirements addressed where applicable? *
