TPM System & Equipment Identification

  • Is a documented total productive maintenance system developed, implemented, and maintained? *
  • Have process equipment and machinery necessary to meet production requirements been identified? *
  • Is the availability of replacement parts for the identified equipment assured? *

Planned & Predictive Maintenance

  • Are resources for machine, equipment, and facility maintenance provided? *
  • Is planned (preventive) maintenance packaged and executed on schedule? *
  • Are predictive maintenance methods used and continually improved? *

Objectives & Effectiveness

  • Are documented maintenance objectives established (e.g., OEE, MTBF, MTTR)? *
  • Is overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) monitored against targets? *
  • Current OEE / availability metric

Periodic Overhaul & Review

  • Is periodic overhaul or rebuild of equipment performed and documented? *
  • Are maintenance objectives and TPM performance reviewed by management? *
  • Is operator-led autonomous maintenance (cleaning, inspection, lubrication) implemented?
