Accessibility

  • Are accessible routes, clearances, and maneuvering spaces detailed? *
  • Are accessible restrooms shown with fixture/grab-bar dimensions? *
  • Are counters, controls, and signage locations compliant? *

Specifications & Details

  • Do specifications align with materials shown on drawings? *
  • Are waterproofing, flashing, and building envelope details complete? *
  • Are structural and special inspection notes coordinated with the SER? *

Issuance Readiness

  • Are all sheets titled, numbered, dated, and in the index? *
  • Are drawings sealed and signed by the responsible professionals? *
  • Is the QA/QC reviewer sign-off recorded?
